Print-on-Demand Production
Every product is custom-printed just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Total delivery time = production + shipping.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of your order, contact us at [email protected].
International Orders
Customs & Duties Notice
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
EU orders under €150: VAT is included and handled automatically at checkout. No additional fees on delivery.
EU orders over €150: Additional customs duties may apply upon delivery.
UK orders under £135: VAT is included. Orders over £135 may incur additional fees.
Returns & Replacements
Because every product is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase:
- Damaged or defective items: We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- Wrong item received: We'll send the correct item at no charge.
- Lost in transit: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), contact us for a replacement or refund.
- Change of mind: Custom-printed items cannot be returned. Please review your preview carefully before ordering.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. Tax rates vary by location and product type.
