He who strives for good, him Ahura Mazda will reward.

The soul of the righteous shall be immortal, the soul of the wicked shall perish.

May the good spirit overcome the evil spirit.

I declare the truth to all who will listen.

The Lie is the source of all evil, the Truth is the source of all good.

Whoso follows the teachings of Ahura Mazda, him Ahura Mazda will guide.

May the world be renewed, and may good triumph over evil.

I will speak of the truth, and I will live by the truth.

The reward of the righteous is given through the Good Mind.

He who seeks wisdom, him Ahura Mazda will enlighten.

May we attain to the state of perfection, O Ahura Mazda.

The wise choose the best, the unwise choose the worst.

I am the one who seeks to establish the kingdom of Ahura Mazda on Earth.

When at the beginning the two spirits came together, one declared life and the other the destruction of life, and how at the end the worst existence shall be to the deceitful, but to the truthful the Best Mind.

In the beginning, these two spiritualities, which are twins, were perceived in a vision by the righteous. The better and the bad have been said to be thought, word, and deed, and between these two the wise have chosen rightly, not the unwise.

The demonic powers or daævás are expressions or faces (čithr) of aká manah or 'beaten/anguished mind.'

Evil is connected to lie or drûj. The Avestan word drûj means literally 'a tangle of trickery, deceit and lies.' Evil is what is not original and real.

When the spirit/mind or sensuous force wishes not to rise and ascend, as it is true and original to its nature, evil and gloom ensue.

A gentle hand can lead even an elephant by a hair. Reply to thine enemy with gentleness.

When we are in doubt whether an action is good or bad, abstain from it.
